RETURNS + EXCHANGES
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSTAL COSTS REGARDING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (SUBJECT TO REASON) WILL BE GIVEN UP TO 12 DAYS FROM THE TIME THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED AND MUST BE IN PERFECT SELLING CONDITION/UNWORN.

ITEMS FOUND WORN/USED WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED BACK TO YOU. POSTAL COSTS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT. IN THE EVENT YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA EMAIL WITHIN 12 DAYS OF RECEIPT. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU BEYOND THAT POINT.
